August 19 My School
Last week I started school. The school is called Crail Primary School and my classroom's number is 2. My teacher's name is Mrs Anderson and my principal's name is Miss Jess. My friend's names are Katie, Sophie, Lauren and Emma. I like doing gym, drama and maths games. We only have 4 classrooms at our school.

August 21 The Zoo
Yesterday I drove a long way to Edinburgh zoo. First we went and saw 50 million penguins and some were really funny because they had yellow hair on their heads. Next we saw the HUGE black and white tapirs. Then we saw 2 browny-black sun bears. After that we saw 2 jaguars. One of them was climbing up and down rocks and it was black. The other one was orange and spotty and it came up very close to us and walked side to side like it was putting on a show. I loved going to the zoo so much!

Look at you looking adorable in your uniform, I want one too - I also want a Lazy Animal - it looks like an easy job to care for - maybe just needing a blanket when it is colder and the occasional brush - look at that beautiful panther! Lewis would like that one, but I think I would not be able to keep it with Johnny and Rosie - they might not like its table manners and imagine if it wanted to sleep on my bed! Hannah and Katy came today for their birthday morning tea - I did everything in pink and made some odd cupcakes that turned out a bit strange because I had to use rice flour as it has no gluten and honestly I think you could have built a wall with them - however they were very happy on their birthday - Now you must remember to give Duncan a big hug for his birthday and say Happy B'day from Lewis and Me too. Maybe a Tapir might be good for a doorstop - I'm having trouble in the wind with the door banging and a Tapir would sure take care of that. Candy's lovely neighbours have had a little boy! His name is Isaac and he's not home yet but soon he will be running around in the garden and playing with you and Harry in the park. Lots of love Nicky
